We booked Caruso entertainment for our December wedding and I have to admit we were all extremely impressed, we loved every minute of it. From the moment we met Franco we knew we had our DJ, he was extremely professional, organized and attentive. We later met Claudio and we were just as impressed. They were very responsive throughout the wedding process, and very quick to respond to either text messages or emails. Franco met with us 2 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss the final touches and the song choices and made everything extremely easy and stress free.
When we first arrived at the venue which is where we were getting dressed, the assistant manager came by to tell us how impressed she was that we had hired Caruso as she had seen them before and loved them.
Some people might find them expensive compared to other DJs, but they are worth it! When you consider the amount of work that went into setting up, the equipment, the lighting and taking everything down again, you understand the workload and price involved. Franco acted as MC and Claudio as DJ, so everything was seamless.
On the day of, they showed up at noon (ceremony was at 4:30), they set everything up and everything was in place and clean well before the ceremony even started. The party was supposed to end at 1:30am, but my wedding party and I stayed to dance and sing and the Caruso team made sure we had an amazing time.
The song choices throughout the night were amazing, and whenever someone had a song suggestion, they had it playing within a couple of songs.
Franco often came by to see my husband and I to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything, they made sure we were on schedule and having a great time.
I have already recommended Caruso to friends and will definitely continue to do so, we had an amazing experience!!
We can tell you that if you go with Caruso entertainment you will not be disappointed. Both Dj Claudio and MC Franco are absolutely amazing. There are a lot of stresses when it comes to planing a wedding....theses guys alleviate it all. Franco had met with us twice and made sure to walk through the whole night as we planned it. Dj Claudio had the music pumping ensuring that the dance floor was never empty! Franco organized for us a beautiful most incredible night that we will never forget. I know you guys will read this so thank you, both of you, if you continue along this path you will easily have continued success. And for everyone else make sure to hire both these gentlemen and your night will be unforgettable!!!
I chose Carurso Entertainment for my wedding and it was the best decision I had made! After speaking and meeting with a few DJ companies, I was amazed to see how professional and organized Franco was. Unlike other DJ companies, Franco was able to give me all the details I needed without having me ask any questions! My husband and I were automatically super comfortable and at ease with Franco. He put no pressure on us, he asked what we wanted and worked around that. We felt at ease the day of our wedding, Franco had done a schedule with us prior so we knew what to expect. That day, he approached us to remind us what was going to happen next. He always made sure we were having fun and that everything was to our liking. Many of our guests loved that fact that the music was not too loud during the meal and guests were actually able to have conversations. Also, there were many genres of music which pleased everyone! Franco is a great entertainer, keeping us all laughing and have a phenomenal time. THANK YOU Caruso Entertainment!!! You made our special day complete! :)
Caruso Entertainment is on point. As a wedding DJ myself in the business over 15 years, I did a lot of searching to find the perfect DJ for our big day and I was very picky. Franco met with us several times, was extremely flexible, polite and professional. Their price was very competitive and we definitely got value for the money. The planner was a complete document outlining every detail, so everything was well organized and went off without a hitch, for both the ceremony and reception. The music selection was excellent, and the dance floor was packed all night. The MC-ing was great, in English and Italian. Caruso played some games to give away the centerpieces and the whole place was lively; all classy, no cheese. To top it all off, the DJ + MC were impeccably dressed. Many of our guests (directly and indirectly) told us how amazing the DJs were. So ya! My little brother is getting married next year and immediately booked Caruso Entertainment - as you should too! Call them before you decide to sign with anyone else. You'll be glad that you did!
Honestly, we received SO many compliments on our wedding and the party we threw and we couldn't have done it without the amazing DJ and MC services that Caruso Entertainment give. They ensured the night ran super smooth, always updating us and making sure we were good with their plan and played the best music. They got the crowd up and dancing...all. night. long. E-mails were quickly replied and meeting were scheduled easily. Wouldn't have wanted anyone else other than Claudio and Franco!! Highly recommended.
Caruso entertainment was very helpful in the planning of our wedding. They were the complete package! Entertaining, fun, professional and all around an awesome set up!! As a bride that hadn't been to many weddings and a little overwhelmed with the planning, Caruso entertainment made the DJ and MC area a breeze! They answered all my questions efficiently and made me feel as if my wedding was the most important. I did a choreographed father/daughter dance that had a few bumps in it up until 3 weeks till the wedding, with no music; Franco saved the day and came up with a totally original and perfect mix for my Father and I!! It was touching to know that he (they) were as excited to see the dance all come together just as much as and father and I were. On a more personal note, at the end of the night as the lights in the hall came up I couldn't hold my emotions together after feeling all the love of the day that I had a heartfelt moment thanking Franco and Claudio for their work, it was truly the day that I had been dreaming around since I was small and thanks to Caruso entertainment it all came together without a hitch. Wow!! We have been to a number of weddings and have never been so impressed with DJ's!! Franco and Claudio are fantastic - truly. We don't live in Montreal and mostly went off of WeddingWire reviews, and I have to say they are the best choice I made!! There were some snafus with payment beforehand (we basically paid them in full a few weeks ahead of time, way, way off their normal timeline, which gave me heart palpitations), and they were always relaxed and flexible, certainly taking the same leap of faith in us as we did in them when we chose them as our DJs.
My husband's family is Puerto Rican so having PR style salsa music was important to us; my MiL sent me a list of a few songs, and Franco took that, did research, and added even more songs which were wonderful! Franco wanted to say some Spanish to the crowd to make everyone feel comfortable, and my husband was extremely impressed with his Spanish - like a native speaker!!
They are extremely communicative and came up to us at various points in the night to keep us informed and let us know what was coming next. Their music choices were TOTALLY spot-on with what we like (I was worried there would be house or disco-y music played, but it was all current and exactly our taste), there was never a lull in the musical selection, they are very in-tune with what the crowd likes.
If my review sounds like I am over-the-moon happy with their services, I absolutely am. I seriously do not have a single complaint. They are responsive, the epitome of professional, and I like to think they had a good time with our group too!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat - you certainly will NOT be disappointed!!!!

What a night! DJ Franco was more than amazing from beginning to end! Highly professional, we met to plan the night, our musical choices and special demands. He met all our expectations and even more. Music was awesome all night long! To see our guests dance right from the beginning of the meal and only stop at 3am was a blast! Franco thank you for this memorable evening that we will never forget!
Where do I even start? My fiancé and I were told about Franco and Claudio of Caruso Entertainment by a friend who had recently been in a fashion show that Caruso Entertainment DJ'd. Obviously we were skeptical as runway music can differ from wedding music but we are so, so grateful for the recommendation because we could not have asked for a better experience. Those reading this are probably in the same boat as we were: looking for an awesome DJ (as the music was really, really important to us), someone reliable, responsible and of course for a great price. These guys are all that and more.
-Met us at our venue 5 months prior to discuss a loose plan of the day
-Checked out the sound system and ensured that they'd bring anything else we'd need, even backup speakers/microphones just in case.
-Discussed what type of lighting we had in mind, which they provided.
-He listened to us and really helped us organize and formulate a schedule for the day of. Franco and Claudio were so knowledgeable about weddings and really helped us work out a schedule that kept the flow of our wedding steady.
-Oh right, the music! Awesome the whole night, included the songs we wanted plus whatever they deemed appropriate for our venue, dinner and dancing. Perfect.
-Super responsive via email and phone, and they even set up a Skype session with us to perfect our schedule a few weeks beforehand.
Lastly, Franco and Claudio showed up the day of in very nice suits, without being asked, which really confirmed our feelings about their professionalism. I told them they looked great to which they responded, "Of course! Today's just not any day!" We loved that. These guys are calm, cool and collected and we were incredibly happy with their service. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and they really proved that genuinely good customer service still exists within younger businesses. We'll definitely have to book them again for our 50th anniversary! ;)
We interviewed a number of DJs for our wedding, but something just clicked right off the bat when we met with DJ Franco. We could tell right away that he was ready to work with us as a team to make sure our wedding day would be perfect: no overly-rehearsed sales pitch, no pressure, just straightforward questions about what we want for our day and how his team could make it happen. When we were unsure of certain things, his experience in the industry really helped us make informed decisions that were right for us.
Everything was perfect on the day of the wedding, at both the ceremony and the reception. DJs Franco and Claudio helped make sure everything went smoothly, checking in with us and working with the best man to keep things coordinated. They were flexible, the DJ booth set-up looked great, and most importantly the music was awesome! It was a great party, with guests dancing into the wee hours of the night! We had so many people come tell us how fantastic the DJs were, from young teenagers to grandparents. He took the time to help us plan the reception schedule and paid great attention to detail to ensure everything went smoothly.
